    Tokyo in 1964. The Olympics are set to take place in Tokyo and the country has experienced a period of rapid economic growth. ALWAYS- SUNSET ON THIRD STREET is set in 1958 Tokyo. Norifumi Suzuki (Shinichi Tsutsumi) owns a small auto body shop named “Suzuki Auto”, where he works and lives with his loving family. One day, he comes back home with a new employee, Mutsuko Hoshino (Maki Horikita), who moves in with the Suzuki family. However, Mutsuko had expected that Suzuki Auto would be a big company so she is disappointed to see how small the shop is. Meanwhile, Ryunosuke Chagawa (Hidetaka Yoshioka) lives alone across the street from Suzuki Auto. Chagawa is a writer of pulp fiction stories who runs a candy shop to make ends meet. He is asked by Hiromi Ishizaki (Koyuki), the woman whom he secretly loves, to look after a boy called Junnosuke (Kenta Suga) who has no place to go. Chagawa doesn’t want to live with Junnosuke, but he agrees to do so for Hiromi. After a while, the two new residents become part of the close knit community of Third Street, but the situation changes when Junnosuke’s wealthy father Yasunari Kawabuchi (Fumiyo Kohinata) shows up to take his son away from Chagawa, and Hiromi suddenly disappears…

Drifting is the art of getting cars around corners as quickly as possible through controlled skidding. Mount Akina's tortuous hairpin bends and perilous drops make it a formidable test for even the professional street racers, but the fastest driver of them all is Takumi (Taiwanese pop idol Jay Chou) who has been delivering tofu for his father down that route every night since he was 13. Street-racing gangs hear of a "Racing God" and turn up to challenge him, but he only has eyes for his worthless (and underwritten) girlfriend - until his friends and his alcoholic father can trigger his competitive streak.

Number One is owned a righteous fellow named Playboy Man (Michael Tao), who finds himself enchanted by the self-possessed Yen. When Playboy Man's top Mamasan Karen (Valerie Chow) defects to a competitor, Playboy Man installs Yen as his top girl. However, their success ignites a war between the two clubs, which sparks lots of violence and your usual acts of indignant defiance. It also brings the return of Walkie Pi, but whose side is he on?

Xia Tian's dad is a police officer in Westside Street and is retiring tomorrow. But just on that day, they all had a fight with the Dinosaur gang in the school and were almost expelled by the principal. Officer Xia went to settle the conflict and not only did it not get settled, his gun got misplaced by the principal too. Everyone thus discussed things over and decided that AJ they all will remain in the school and they must find the gun within the one month of graduation to let Officer Xia retire peacefully and happily. Jia Jiang, Fang Wei and Bulu then can successfully graduate. While finding the missing gun, they discovered that a ex-convict Grey Wolf who escaped from prison is possibly connected with the missing gun and even more surprisingly, the Grey Wolf is actually having close communication and contact with students in Ying Ye.
