"G-Love" centers around a has-been professioanl baseball player (Jung Jae-Young), a female school teacher (played by Yu-seon), and a group of deaf high school baseball players. Friendship & love are explored in the film, set within a countryside backdrop. Fading star baseball player Sang-Nam (Jung Jae-Young) finds his name more in the media these days for his boorish behavior. The latest of which involves Sang-Nam involved in a drunken brawl and swinging a baseball bat. His agent Charles (Jo Jin-Ung) then advises Sang-Nam to take a job coaching a team of hearing-impaired players at a rural school to help rebuild his image. Sang-Nam arrives at the school with the boys welcoming him with open arms, but Sang-Nam is less than enthusiastic about his new gig. The boys have never won a game, there's only 10 players (with 1 available pitcher) and Sang-Nam is clueless on how to coach a team who can't hear. There's also Ms. Na (Yoo-Sun) who works as the music teacher and baseball manager. She's ultra protective of the boys and chastises Sang-Nam for his condescending attitude. Sang-Nam already wondering when he can go back to the pro league is counting his days until he can go back to the LG Twins. Then something happens.

In the first series, a college student Nao Kanzaki is lured into a mysterious game by tricking other players to win. However Nao got tricked by her former sensei, desperate for help, she enlisted the aid of person named Shinichi Akiyama. In the second series, the duo is faced against new opponents with the help of a rival player named Fukunaga . In Liar game: Final Stage, Players are encouraged to trust each other to win the tournament. However, a mysterious player named X is secretly plotting to sabotage everyone of their chances to win the LGT.

In the show there are 13 contestants with a "genius" skill or talent. They compete in games that test these abilities and one player is eliminated in every episode. Through these games they'll earn garnets, which are the game's currency. Each garnet is worth $1000. These garnets can be used to gain an advantage in games or in negotiations with other players. The total number of garnets will also be the final prize for the last remaining player. First, all of the players play in the main match. This game finds a winner and loser and also has garnet rewards. The winner gains immunity and advances to the next episode, while the loser is up for elimination.The player up for elimination chooses 1 player as their opponent in a death match. The death match is a 1 on 1 game. The winner advances to the next episode and takes all of their opponent's garnets. The loser is eliminated.

She is a genius and a new member of the LFT Office who controls everything regarding the Liar Game from the game’s framework and selection of players to the various traps that are rigged. This girl’s code name is Alice (Ashida Mana). At the behest of Ω, she leads Akiyama who keeps refusing to participate, into the new game … … Why does this ordinary girl have to live as Alice?
