The live-action project includes four-episode TV series to be aired on MBS/TBS in December 2016 with one special episode on January 8. and a feature film to be released in theaters in February 2017.

Favored by Alice (Bai Yu), the arrogant and bossy daughter of a rich businessman, Gu Bin is stunned to discover that his competitor in a business acquisition negotiation is none other than Zhou Ting (Tong Yao), his first love and with whom he was in a relationship for eight years. In the ensuing nine-hour acquisition case, which takes place during a seemingly normal nine-hour workday, both Gu Bin and Zhou Ting must make a choice between work and love.

The film was shown in theaters for only two weeks though it managed gross over ₱60 million which is in line with Star Cinema's previous film A Moment In Time. "Must Be Love" follows the love story of Patricia, better known as "Patchot" played by (Kathryn Bernardo) and her childhood best friend Ivan (Daniel Padilla). But what will Patchot do if she starts falling in love with her best friend?. And what if Ivan only sees her as a 'best friend'? This problem will develop when another girl enters Ivan's life. Unfortunately for Patchot, it's her cousin Angel. Will Ivan fall in love with "Patch" or will they remain as best friends forever?

Japan Coast Guard rescue divers Daisuke Senzaki (Hideaki Ito), Tetsuya Yoshioka (Ryuta Sato) and engineer Hiroshiichirou Sakuragi (Masaya Kato) head together to the gas plant.
