Woo-Gon (Kim Kang-Woo) works for a talent agency as a manager. He spots Mi-Jin (Ko Won-Hee) at an audition. Woo-Gon feels that Mi-Jin is special and has the potential to become a star. Because of Woo-Gon's efforts, Mi-Jin is cast in a movie, but this also causes his company to lash out at him for pushing Mi-Jin instead another one of their talents. Woo-Gon is fired. Later, Mi-Jin comes to visit Woo-Gon who is now working as a parking attendant. Mi-Jin asks him to work as his manager. Woo-Gon accepts and works hard to land parts for her. Soon, Mi-Jin is cast as the lead female character in a television drama series. Just as things seem incredibly promising for Mi-Jin, a shady tabloid scandal breaks out. Mi-Jin is identified as the woman involved in a sexual relationship with a well known politician (Ahn Sung-Ki). The source of the leaks are completely unknown. Woo-Gon tries to explain that the tabloid rumors about his client are completely untrue, but nobody listens. A few days later, Mi-Jin is found dead in her apartment. Woo-Gon then decides to find those responsible for spreading the false rumors about Mi-Jin.

Hui (Michael Hui), an owner of a Hong Kong tabloid magazine company, hires martial artist Bill Lee (Sam Hui) to help him get a good headliner for a magazine story to, hopefully, save his failing business. In the process, Bill meets San-San (Catherine Hung Yan), the fiancée of a wealthy jewelry business owner, and pursues her in order to get the scoop about her life. After thinking that San-San would make a great headliner, Bill feels sorry for her because of her troubled life: her mother has cancer, her brother is mentally disabled and her fiancé puts work before her. Thus, Bill is reluctant to publish San-San's story, putting the tabloid company's fate in his hands.

Kham's (Tony Jaa) elephant Khon is stolen by low level crime boss Suchart after Kham refuses to sell Khon to Suchart. Kham tracks Suchart to his house but finds him dead. Suchart's nieces (Jeeja Yanin - Chocolate, and Teerada Kittisiriprasert) catch him with Suchart's dead body and think that he is the killer. The two girls are martial arts experts and give chase. Kham runs away only to bump into his old pal, police sergeant Mark (Mum Jokmok) who lets him escape. Kham ends up fighting Suchart's boss LC (Rza) and his minions, including LC's stable of fighters Number Twenty (Rhatha Phongam) and Number Two (Marrese Crump). Suchart's nieces are still hell bent on revenge, and sergeant Mark gets caught up in the mess.
